Reimagining Workspace for the Modern Era
William Angliss Institute Cafe approached us with a clear objective: to elevate their hospitality training program with a high-performance café environment that would double as a commercial-grade learning lab.
The existing space lacked functionality, visibility, and contemporary design appeal. We worked closely with their facilities team and academic leads to design a space where students could learn under real café pressures while delivering professional service to the public.

We transformed a dated café space into a live learning environment where hospitality students gain real-world experience. The fitout includes a fully functioning front-of-house and barista station integrated with professional-grade equipment. - Modern Commercial Kitchen
Installed a compact but fully compliant commercial kitchen to support café operations, including combi ovens, refrigeration, and prep stations tailored to vocational training use. - Customer-Facing Retail Area
Designed an inviting retail area with warm textures, natural finishes, and POS-integrated display counters to simulate high-end café service scenarios. - Digital Learning Integration
