How long will my project take?

Timeframes depend on scope and lead times. As a guide: minor refurbishments often run 2–6 weeks; full office fitouts can run 6–16+ weeks. After site inspection and scoping, we issue a detailed programme with clear milestones.

Do you handle both small works and major commercial fitouts?

Yes. We scale the team to suit the project—from targeted make-good works to multi-level fitouts—while maintaining the same PM oversight, quality standards, and safety controls.

How do you manage budget and avoid cost overruns?
